Wellness in India is a fragmented, largely unorganised market. Standards of hygiene, therapist training, record keeping and customer safety vary widely from one centre to the next. The opportunity is not in offering another treatment menu. It is in operating a centre that behaves the same way every single day.
Arogyadhan Medicare Solutions Private Limited was formed to take that operating discipline into the wellness sector. Its first venture is a spa and wellness centre at Ascent Tower, Amanora Park Town, Pune, operated under a franchise arrangement with the Auravy Spa brand.
That is the first business, not the whole of the company. The objects in our Memorandum extend across wellness centre operations, holistic and hydrotherapy services, wellness retail and digital services. Further ventures, whether owned outright, franchised or developed in partnership, are intended to be built under the same corporate structure, which gives landlords, lenders, vendors and employees a single identifiable and accountable counterparty.

Our objects, as set out in the Memorandum of Association, cover four connected activities.
Spa and wellness centre operations
Establishing, operating, managing and maintaining day spas, wellness centres, health clubs and holistic therapy studios.
Holistic and hydrotherapy services
Operation of saunas, steam facilities, hydrotherapy pools and specialised therapy rooms, together with aromatherapy and Ayurveda based services.
Wellness products and retail
Trading and distribution of pharmaceutical, personal care and allied wellness products, as chemists, druggists, agents and stockists.
Digital and support services
Health portals, e-commerce, data processing and the technology infrastructure that supports a multi-centre wellness operation.

Therapists, aestheticians and centre staff are engaged on verified credentials, with documented induction and continuing training.

Written protocols for sanitation, linen, equipment and consumables, with logs that can be produced on inspection.

Registrations, returns and records maintained under the Companies Act, GST law, labour legislation and local municipal requirements.
Auditable records
Books of account, vendor contracts and payroll maintained to a standard that withstands audit, lender diligence and regulatory review.
Our first venture
Ascent Tower, Amanora Park Town, Pune.
The company's first operating centre is located at Amanora Park Town, Hadapsar, in eastern Pune. It is run as a franchised Auravy Spa outlet under a franchise agreement with the brand owner.
Treatment information, service details, pricing and appointments for the centre are handled under that brand. This website is the corporate website of the operating company and does not offer or take bookings.
