2. Not a health or medical service
The Company operates day spa and wellness facilities. Its services are for relaxation, personal care and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, do not diagnose or cure any disease, and are not a substitute for consultation with a registered medical practitioner. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under treatment, consult your physician before undertaking any spa or wellness therapy.
3. No booking or solicitation
This website does not offer, advertise or solicit spa services, does not publish a treatment menu or prices, and does not take appointments. Enquiries about services at the Company's Pune centre are handled under the AURAVY SPA brand by the brand owner and its authorised channels.
4. Business relationships
The Company's first venture, its Pune centre, is operated as a franchisee under a franchise agreement with the owner of the AURAVY SPA brand. The Company is an independent legal entity and is not a subsidiary, agent, partner or joint venturer of the franchisor. The franchisor is not liable for the acts, omissions or obligations of the Company, and the Company is not liable for those of the franchisor.
That arrangement relates to one venture only and does not describe the whole of the Company's business. The Company may undertake further wellness businesses, whether owned outright, operated under franchise, or developed in partnership, within the objects of its Memorandum of Association.
5. Statutory particulars
Corporate particulars shown on this website reflect the records of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as at the date of publication. They may change.
